Band Boosters
Parents of AJ band students are encouraged to become a part of the AJ Band boosters. The boosters are an organization that support the band program in mulitple ways, such as the planning of fundraisers and assistance of students in performance preparation. Boosters meet each second Tuesday of the month at 6pm.
UCMB Florida Trip
Every four years, the students from the surrounding four Union county schools assemble to create a mass marching band. This band performs at the Walt Disneyworld parks. The latest band performed in March of 2018 was a great success. The next band trip is scheduled for Spring 2022.
